Q1: Learning to Build with AI

Zero revenue. Zero launches. Zero regrets. I wrapped up Q1 with zero revenue and zero launched products — but that was the plan. I'm building 30 small apps as a solo founder, and Q1 was about laying the groundwork: deep research, competitor analyses, and validating ideas before writing a single line of code. A friend who runs a 50-person dev shop stopped hiring juniors entirely, because one senior with AI outperforms three juniors. That's exciting and terrifying.
